1. Accounts

  • Parent/guardian accounts must be opened by an adult (18+) who is the parent or legal guardian of the students they register.
  • Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Staff accounts are issued by the Academy and are for work use only.

2. Bookings and enrolment

  • Assessment bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Academy.
  • Class placement is decided by our coaches based on the assessment and the student's level.
  • You must provide accurate information, including any medical conditions relevant to swimming and sport.

3. Fees, payments and refunds
